<p>Job Summary: The Investor Reporting Analyst II is responsible for the reporting, reconciliation and remittance activity assigned to the Investor Reporting Analyst I as well as the Training of other Investor Reporting analysts and completion of ancillary reporting processes</p> <p>Principal Duties:</p> <p>1.Demonstrates competency in Investor Reporting Analyst I position</p> <p>2.Trains and mentors other Investor Reporting Analysts</p> <p>3.Timely and accurately completes ancillary reporting processes as assigned</p> <p>4.Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports</p> <p>5.Reconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within specified timeframes</p> <p>6.Accurately remit calculated funds due investors within specified timeframes</p> <p>7.Effectively understand and utilize appropriate systems: Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPS</p> <p>8.Ensure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to appropriate parties</p> <p>9.Research and resolve Investor/Owner questions timely and accurately</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities which are REQUIRED</p> <p>1.Bachelor's or equivalent experience</p> <p>2.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel</p> <p>3.Excellent Analytical skills</p> <p>4.Excellent written and oral communication skills</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities which are PREFFERED</p> <p>1.Working knowledge of Investor Requirements as relates to Investor Accounting</p> <p>2.Demonstrated ability to organize and manage projects simultaneously</p> <p>3.Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interests for time</p>
