We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to improve and build new processes that support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients they serve.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Senior Manager of Financial Operations is a highly interactive role within the OneOncology Finance Team, working with Practice Accounting, Operations, and Corporate FP&A. The Senior Manager of Financial Operations will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational excellence within the Oncology platform. This position involves overseeing a team of skilled senior analysts who collaborate closely with practice leaders to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of business trends.</p> <p>The Senior Manager of Financial Operations (Oncology Division) will report to OneOncology's Director of Financial Operations (Oncology Division). This role will provide critical reporting, and financial operations support to the Oncology platform and Executive Management Team. Partnering with the strategic finance, operations, clinical and accounting teams, the highly evaluative candidate will not only deliver financial operations processes (including the annual budget preparation and ongoing business forecasting, development of presentation material for monthly investor updates, and providing monthly business performance updates), but also drive discussions around business trends, development of relevant KPI/metrics, and delve into dynamic modeling to deliver data driven information to business leaders. Due to OneOncology's growth trends, there is a direct path to continue taking on additional responsibilities within the finance organization as the individual progresses.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide Senior leadership with forward-looking information to assist with their decision-making responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, validate, challenge, and explain key financial trends, indicators and performance</p> </li><li> <p>Work with key stakeholders to improve processes and drive productivity initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Support the annual practice budget process as well as monthly tracking of budget initiatives and attainment</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate with the practice accounting team to support efficient monthly financials preparation and close, along with development of detailed monthly performance review package for each practice</p> </li><li> <p>Development and preparation of organizational and practice-specific monthly forecasts, variance analysis, internal and external financial presentations</p> </li><li> <p>Creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly information to the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and operational leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Assess need for (and implementation of) financial system reporting tools</p> </li><li> <p>Manage a team of 1-2 Financial Operations analysts</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting)</p> </li><li> <p>5-7+ years of broad financial leadership - including direct responsibility for preparation of Board materials and executive presentations required</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working within the healthcare industry, with physician practices, or within a private equity-backed portfolio company strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to achieve win-win scenarios</p> </li><li> <p>Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other planning applications</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to condense disparate information into a concise message for senior leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Energetic, highly motivated and able to work independently</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work in a fast growing, rapidly evolving business, often with multiple projects simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>Strong prioritization and project management skills required</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for accuracy in reporting data to the business</p> </li><li> <p>Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus</p> </li><li> <p>This is an office-based role in the Nashville headquarters of OneOncology</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-AN1</p>
