In order to help you deliver on that goal, we encourage our team members to embody the same mindset as our guests through Graduate experiences and encouraged community exploration.</p> <p>Graduate Hotels is proud to be Great Place to Work-Certified, proving that our associates feel our commitment to cultivate a culture of inspirational and supportive leadership.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Greet and welcome our guests </li><li>Check the service stations and tables to ensure accurate set-up and cleanliness </li><li>Assist the restaurant dining services (if necessary), when and where appropriate </li><li>Perform all necessary side work, setup, and breakdown of the bar </li><li>Follow uniform and grooming specifications </li><li>Clean and change trash cans, fill and clean ice bins, stock beer, wine, juice, and other beverages </li><li>Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns </li><li>Unpack deliveries, stock bar and change beer kegs </li><li>Clean glassware and dishes in an efficient fashion </li><li>Restock bar during service at request of bar staff </li><li>Responsible for bussing and resetting of tables as needed </li><li>Assist with preparation of food items for outlet service </li><li>Assist with breakdown and cleaning of food stations upon conclusion shift </li><li>Responsible in assisting with training of new associates </li><li>Responsible for completion of checklists for duration of shift </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred </li><li>Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable) </li><li>Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Able to work flexible hours and shifts </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally </li><li>Team player </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li></ul> <p>About Graduate Hotels</p> <p>Graduate Hotels is a hand-crafted collection of hotels that reside in dynamic university-anchored towns across the country.
