<p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Grade Level: G-13</p> <p>Department: Maintenance</p> <p>Reports To: Maintenance and Facilities</p> <p>Manager</p> <p>Direct Reports: None</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the upkeep of the organization's facilities, grounds, and equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and ensuring that both interior and exterior areas are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The Specialist will oversee landscaping services, perform general maintenance tasks, and assist with facility projects to ensure the efficient operation of the facility as directed by the Maintenance Manager.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to immediate needs as required to maintain safety, quality, and equipment reliability. </li><li>Perform plumbing operations necessary to install, remove, and repair toilets, sinks, and other related equipment. </li><li>Coordinate outside service providers. </li><li>Ensure exterior areas and grounds are well maintained and safe.
