<p>Description</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Control Inspector (QCI) to support our Code Services program. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with ASME and National Board requirements, supporting code-related projects, and ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and coordination across internal teams and third-party inspectors.</p> <p>This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our code program and supporting field operations through strong documentation, communication, and process management.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and manage the Code Program Compliance Calendar, ensuring all required activities, deadlines, and certifications are tracked and completed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain National Board Repair Logs and ensure timely and accurate entry of all repair and alteration jobs.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize, scan, and file code packages and repair documentation in internal systems and customer portals.</p> </li><li> <p>Track and maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure issues are documented and resolved appropriately.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and update welder logs, material logs, and test equipment records.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate calibration of test equipment, including tracking, shipping, and documentation of certifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with third-party vendors and inspectors, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Authorized Inspection Agencies (AIA)</p> </li><li> <p>Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) subcontractors</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in ensuring all NDE procedures, qualifications, and documentation are current and compliant.</p> </li><li> <p>Support material control processes, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Creating material requisitions</p> </li><li> <p>Reviewing purchase orders</p> </li><li> <p>Performing material receipt inspections and traceability verification</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with field teams and inspectors to ensure code requirements, inspections, and testing are properly communicated and executed.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the preparation and assembly of Code Packages, including all supporting documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the Quality Control Manager (QCM) with calculations, documentation reviews, and continuous improvement of code processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $75,000+ DOE </li><li>401(k) Plan with 100% vested, 4% Safe Harbor Match: First 3% of deferral matched 100% and the second 2% of deferral is matched at 50% for a total available match of 4% </li><li>Company-sponsored insurance plan: Medical - Dental - Vision </li><li>Paid Time Off: 120 hours (3 weeks) </li><li>Paid Holidays: 7 </li><li>Company Laptop and Cell Phone </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline) preferred, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and compliance requirements. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, including field personnel and third-party inspectors. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or service management systems is a plus. </li><li>Experience in industrial services, boilers, pressure vessels, or code environments is a plus, but not required. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul>
