<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position is suitable for candidates seeking to develop a career in private debt investing, particularly in middle market companies. With over $10 billion in capital under management, TCW's Private Credit Group provides capital in connection with acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth and special situations both to sponsored and non-sponsored borrowers. The candidate will assist with structuring and underwriting new loans, portfolio management and various ad-hoc projects. Specific responsibilities include conducting due diligence on potential investments, creating and maintaining detailed financial models, assisting in the creation and presentation of investment memorandums, and monitoring a portfolio of active investments.</p> <p>Candidates must be proficient in financial statement analysis and have the ability to construct a three statement forecast model.
