Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>This is a hybrid role with occasional on-site presence required at a Manheim auction location. Candidates must reside near a Manheim auction site* </li></ul> <p>The Financial Support Specialist I, P&P (Posting and Procurement) , is a position that performs all aspects of P&P (Posting and Procurement) requisitioning and transaction processing at the auction to specifically include timely, complete, and accurate requisitioning and posting of costs (parts, labor, transportation) to auction vehicles. This position reports directly to Supervisor, Procure & Post.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure that charges are accurately posted to vehicles in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Document, classify, and track revenue leakage</p> </li><li> <p>Post transportation activity to Oracle via systematic forms</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proper documentation is provided to account coordinators for vehicle jackets</p> </li><li> <p>Provide supporting documentation for month-end accruals related to recon revenue</p> </li><li> <p>Place and receive orders</p> </li><li> <p>Manage requisition and invoice (paper and electronic) workflow</p> </li><li> <p>Provide supporting documentation for month-end accruals related to purchasing.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet and exceed critical service levels, to ensure client satisfaction, while minimizing revenue leakage and optimizing cost</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver organizational objectives and ongoing performance</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service to Cox Automotive business operations</p> </li><li> <p>Provide timely response and adjustments to audit requests on an on-going basis</p> </li><li> <p>Perform related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>HS Diploma/GED with generally 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field. A candidate may also have any level degree or certification beyond HS Diploma/GES with 1+ year of experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience partnering with both internal and external customers</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to deliver high levels of customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory</p> </li></ul> <p>Competencies/Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Effective accounting and?organizational skills required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and analytical skills</p> </li><li> <p>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Strong computer skills and proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of AS400 systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Drug Testing</p> <p>To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
