We create fulfilling purpose-driven careers by learning from the world and each other.</p> </li></ul> <p>POSITION TITLE</p> <p>Executive IT & Video Communication Specialist</p> <p>POSITION LOCATION</p> <p>Richmond, VA (In-Office)</p> <p>YOUR ROLE</p> <p>As an IT team member, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve - now and in the future.</p> <p>What you will be doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide day-to-day IT support for executives and staff, assisting with common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Support video conferencing systems and tools by helping with meeting setup, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with onboarding and basic training for users on standard collaboration and video conferencing tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with senior IT team members to follow established standards and best practices for video conferencing and digital communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and report technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior staff as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support requests and scheduled maintenance under guidance from senior team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow company policies to ensure confidentiality and security of corporate data and communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain basic documentation, including support notes, procedures, and user instructions.</p> </li></ul> <p>What you bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of experience in an IT, A/V support, or help desk role.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Clear communication skills and the ability to provide friendly, professional support to non-technical users.</p> </li><li> <p>Entry-level certifications (such as CompTIA A+ or Network+) are a plus but not required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits & Well-Being</p> <p>Genworth employees make a difference in people's lives every day.
