Supervises admissions processors in the Office of Admissions and provides training to university personnel on CRM usage. Oversees the application process for first- time freshmen, transfer students, graduate students, and assists students gaining readmission to the University. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of enterprise systems (ideally Ellucian), university specific or corporate CRM's, and various Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, and ability to balance priorities. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and public presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Master's degree. Works on creating streamlined processes to help increase the efficiency and accuracy of applications.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 30 Job Duty</p> <p>Supervise and support operations and processing staff. Provide training, professional development, and performance management. Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure goals are met. Collaborate with directors and associate directors on admissions strategy and enrollment management.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty</p> <p>Serve as the Slate system administrator, overseeing database setup, maintenance, and updates. Work to find ways to streamline and improve the information feed between the two systems (Slate and Banner). Work with upper management to define update and maintenance strategy. Will offer training of the system to new and continuing members of the Office of Admissions and university staff as needed.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty</p> <p>Maintain accuracy and integrity of applicant and student records. Ensure compliance with FERPA, NACAC, and institutional policies.
