Apply now and help us help individuals we serve reach their full potential!</p> <p>www.lucasdd.org</p> <p>The Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking social service professionals to complete administrative investigations for individuals with developmental disabilities.</p> <p>Investigative Agents or IAs, ensure the health and welfare of individuals served and conduct Major Unusual Incident (MUI) investigations in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. IAs also ensure that adequate prevention is put in place to prevent future MUIs.</p> <p>Current IAs have said the following: "I like knowing that the work I do has a positive impact on individuals lives" and "I like meeting all kinds of individuals served, families, and stakeholders."</p> <p>IAs have the ability to work hybrid remote and are offered a Monday-Friday flexible work schedule.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Two (2) years of experience with conducting interviews, gathering and analyzing data, conducting assessments, and writing reports. </li><li>Experience providing service coordination for or working with individuals with DD preferred. </li><li>Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
