<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>As an LTL Specialist, you will interact with internal and external customers to set appointments as needed for the LTL Team. You will be working directly with customers to provide and collect information in response to inquiries about our transportation services. LTL Specialists are responsible for ensuring that less than truckloads are planned properly to meet our drivers', company, customers', and contractors' needs while ensuring that DOT compliance and revenue requirements are met.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Set and verify appointments as needed for delivery appointments for all stops on LTL loads. </li><li>Work with additional departments throughout WEL to reschedule missed appointments </li><li>Set or adjust as necessary load execution routing and ensure all delivery appointments are correct. </li><li>Accept load tenders via EDI or other means. </li><li>Manually enter orders into Innovative system. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Reasonable Accommodations Statement</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
