<p>Job Title</p> <p>Sr Brokerage Specialist</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>This position provides a variety of administrative, sales, and marketing services to brokers on an industrial leasing team.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Reviews Deal Management calculations for accuracy, complies back-up documentation, and ensures that cost recoveries occur (OTT, Financial Consulting Dept. recoveries) before submission of deals to accounting via Salesforce.</p> <p>Tracks all agreements and deals to provide Revenue Accounting with current information with regards to accounts payable and pending items on deals outstanding.</p> <p>Tracks outstanding commission payments.</p> <p>Updates pipelines for review by broker and submission to local leadership.</p> <p>Manages contacts and distribution lists, including database/CRM management (Salesforce).</p> <p>Coordinates with Marketing, Research, and/or Financial Analyst on behalf of fee-earner for press releases and other deliverables such as flyers, pitches and proposals.</p> <p>Updates marketing deliverables using templates in InDesign and PowerPoint; updates stacking plans using Illustrator.</p> <p>Manages eblast communications.</p> <p>Generates, coordinates, maintains confidential reports, correspondence, presentations and other materials supporting the broker(s) activities with regular direction.</p> <p>Orders new property signs (and sign removal) and maintains listings on CoStar.</p> <p>Coordinates broker calendar with clients and project teams as well as takes the appropriate actions to keep projects on schedule.</p> <p>Coordinates broker events which includes preparing and sending invitations/marketing materials, procuring catering, venue, and raffle prizes.</p> <p>Updates/maintains property websites.</p> <p>Performs all general administrative duties as needed possibly to include travel coordination and expense reports.</p> <p>Coordinates/conducts property tours as needed.</p> <p>Communicates directly with clients.</p> <p>Plans/organizes/runs team meetings.</p> <p>Provide backup coverage for Receptionist when necessary.</p> <p>Metrics</p> <p>Self-motivated, dependable and the ability to work well in fast-paced team environment.</p> <p>Strong emphasis on delivery of exceptional customer service and quality.</p> <p>Possess strong oral and written communication skills.</p> <p>Maintain a positive and professional attitude.</p> <p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p> <p>Background and Experience</p> <p>Demonstrated experience should include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate </li><li>3+ years' experience in a professional organization </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Creative Suite is preferred, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop </li><li>Experience in Salesforce is a plus </li><li>Tennessee Real Estate license is required </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience and knowledge of Client Servicing </li><li>Project Support </li><li>Teamwork Orientation </li><li>Ability to multitask </li><li>Excellent organization and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Cushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
