Find your future with us.</p> <p>The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Contract Management Specialist out of Seal Beach or Huntington Beach, California.</p> <p>In these roles, you will lead the development and negotiation of highly complex purchase and sales proposals and contracts. These positions focus on delivering innovative business solutions, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to support Boeing's growth and ensure the successful execution of major programs in alignment with contractual requirements.</p> <p>Available Opportunities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Space Mission Systems Experimental Systems Group (Level 4) - Seal Beach, CA. This role will be responsible for drafting proposals, leading negotiations, and managing complex contracts, orders and agreements for the advancement of space technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Engineering, Test, and Technology (ET&T) (Level 4) - Huntington Beach, CA. This role will be responsible for drafting proposals, leading negotiations, and managing complex research and development contracts, orders and agreements for innovative technologies benefiting all business units.</p> </li></ul> <p>We're Looking for Individuals Who:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Possess strong organizational skills to facilitate effective negotiations and clear communication</p> </li><li> <p>Have experience with U.S. government contracts, including cost-plus and fixed-price agreements</p> </li><li> <p>Are adaptable learners, able to quickly embrace new challenges and changes</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead negotiations and contracts for aerospace products and services, ensuring strategic alignment</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and present business solutions to drive growth and protect company interests</p> </li><li> <p>Foster strategic partnerships and oversee the management of complex contractual agreements</p> </li><li> <p>Summarize complex contractual issues and guide the development of effective solutions and risk mitigation</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures compliance with business commitments, company policies, and Government laws and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates flow-down and flow-up of prime terms and conditions with Supplier Management</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or higher</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Program Management, Project Management, Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and/or suppliers</p> </li><li> <p>Experience drafting, proposing, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts</p> </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
