<p>Extended School Year - Instructional Assistant</p> <p>Reports To: ESY Coordinator Danvers Public Schools is seeking an Extended School Year - Instructional Assistant for the ESY program. This is a non-benefited, part-time seasonal position for the 2025 summer. This is a Monday-through-Thursday program, running from July 7, 2025, to August 7, 2025</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Instructional Assistant to join our team during the Extended School Year Program (ESY) for students with disabilities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Assist the special education teacher/related service providers in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students to reinforce learning and facilitate progress. Help with the development and implementation of behavioral support plans. Assist in the management of classroom behavior and promote positive behavior through reinforcement techniques. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to special education teachers/related service providers regarding academic and behavioral performance.
