<p>Position Project Coordinator Location Romulus MI Onsite up to 45 hours per week Company Information RLE INTERNATIONAL is one of the worlds leading engineering and consultation service providers to the international mobility and energy industries On the basis of our engineering development and methodological expertise we lay claim to thirty years of experience in creating innovative and effective solutions for our international customers RLE believes in providing excellence in Engineering Services; supporting our customers in developing mobility solutions around the world Locations in Europe North America Australia India and China allow us to remain close to our customers Our 2100 employees play an active role in shaping the future of our company by continuously increasing their personal and technical development As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of specific projects You will be responsible for the overall direction coordination implementation and control of projects ensuring they align with company strategy and goals This position reports directly to the Director of the Program Management Office Americas Main Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound vehicle logistics and report daily status updatesProcure and track orders for parts consumables and toolsLead the planning and implementation of projects defining project scope goals and deliverablesDevelop full scale project plans manage project budgets and resources and schedule project timelinesMonitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders providing regular reports on progress problems and solutionsProvide direction and support to the project team implementing necessary changes to ensure project successTrack project deliverables using appropriate tools Qualifications Strong organizational and prioritization skillsProven experience in project management project coordination or purchasingProficiency with project management software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environmentSolid knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management including project management techniques and toolsExperience in people management strategic planning risk management and change management Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technical or business fieldStrong critical thinking negotiation and problem solving skillsExperience influencing leading and making key decisionsProven ability to work effectively in a team adapt to changing situations and handle stressFamiliarity with automotive OEM specifications with specific knowledge of Ford preferred Requirements A proactive results oriented attitude with a strong work ethicAbility to work in a shop floor environment as neededFlexibility to work up to 10 hours per day and occasional Saturdays based on project requirementsMust be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 poundsReliable transportation to and from the worksiteCommitment to following all safety requirements</p>
