<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Performs broad administrative and staff support duties for the organization. The Office Coordinator oversees the office environment, manages office tasks and communications, and assists management.</p> <p>This is a Part-Time position, 30 hours/week. Work hours: Monday to Thursday, from 8:30am to 4pm EST.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence that include phone calls, emails, mail, and packages </li><li>Monitor and order inventory for office and break room supplies </li><li>Schedule appointments, set up meetings and maintain calendars </li><li>Ensure meeting and training rooms are fully stocked with supplies and prepared for attendees </li><li>Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment, connecting with and escorting vendors </li><li>Prepare reports and presentation materials </li><li>Receive and direct visitors </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required </li><li>2-4 years of administrative, facilities, or office experience, preference on exposure to a busy environment </li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li>Familiar with office equipment and procedures </li><li>Able to lift up to 45 pounds </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Reliable and responsive </li><li>Self-motivated: always looking for ways to do something better; forward-thinking planner </li></ul> <p>Travel</p> <p>No Travel</p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p>
