<p>Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties? As a Maintenance Technician at Candlewood Apartments in Cincinnati, OH, you will be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and completing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepping apartments for make-ready turns </li><li>General maintenance duties as necessary </li><li>On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls </li><li>Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas </li><li>Preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC and other mechanical systems </li><li>Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>HVAC certification a plus </li><li>Be responsible and reliable </li><li>Must have a basic set of tools </li><li>Have a positive, get-the-job-done attitude </li><li>Have a complete grasp of on-site maintenance management </li><li>Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties </li><li>Candidates must prove they have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li><li>Have detailed knowledge of make-ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical </li></ul> <p>Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
