<p>Social Media Manager (Part-Time)</p> <p>Chick-fil-A 7809 Wadsworth Blvd. Arvada, CO 80003</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our store's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</p> <p>This role is responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content that reflects our restaurant culture, connects with our local community, and supports business goals.</p> <p>If you love storytelling, content creation, and building community both online and in-person, this role is for you.</p> <p>Position Type:</p> <p>Part-time (10-15 hours per week)</p> <p>On-site</p> <p>We are hiring for this role April 1 - April 14, 2026</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Content Creation & Posting</p> <ul> <li>Create and publish: </li><li>4 Instagram/Facebook posts per week </li><li>6 Instagram/Facebook stories per week </li><li>2 TikToks per week </li><li>Capture content in-store, including team members, guests, and events </li><li>Repost and highlight events on social media day of </li></ul> <p>Content Planning & Organization</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a social media content calendar scheduled at least 1 month in advance </li><li>Align all content with current promotions, events, and marketing initiatives </li><li>Collaborate with Marketing Lead to ensure timely and relevant posting </li></ul> <p>Brand & Quality Standards</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all content aligns with Chick-fil-A brand guidelines and store-specific identity </li><li>Maintain a cohesive, high-quality, and engaging social media presence </li><li>Create content that reflects our brand voice: </li><li>Professional </li><li>Personal </li><li>Fun </li><li>Original </li><li>Community-focused </li></ul> <p>Community Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Engage with local businesses, guests, and community accounts </li><li>Help build relationships both online and in-store </li></ul> <p>Content Strategy Execution</p> <p>Create content across key focus areas:</p> <ul> <li>Featured Menu Items </li><li>Catering (priority focus) </li><li>Team Culture & Hiring </li><li>Local Events & Community Involvement </li><li>Promotions & Awareness Campaigns </li><li>Merchandise & Delivery </li></ul> <p>Growth & Performance</p> <ul> <li>Support follower growth across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) </li><li>Execute growth initiatives such as: </li><li>Giveaways </li><li>"Follow Friday" campaigns </li><li>Local collaborations </li><li>Track and report basic performance metrics (engagement, growth, top posts) </li></ul> <p>Goals for This Role</p> <ul> <li>Increase social media followers by 500+ per platform each quarter </li><li>Support store catering sales goal of $360,000 annually </li><li>Help position our restaurant as: </li></ul> <p>" the community destination in Arvada that people choose for more than just a meal."</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines consistently </li><li>Comfortable being in-store capturing content and interacting with team members </li><li>Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends </li><li>Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools preferred </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Flexible scheduling with required availability for key events and promotions </li></ul> <p>Tools You'll Use</p> <ul> <li>Meta Business Suite (scheduling) </li><li>Canva </li><li>Monday.com (content planning) </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <ul> <li>Consistent, on-time posting with high-quality content </li><li>A cohesive and recognizable brand presence online </li><li>Increased engagement and follower growth </li><li>Strong representation of team culture and community involvement </li></ul> <p>How to Apply</p> <p>Submit your application along with:</p> <ul> <li>Examples of social media accounts you've managed or </li><li>Personal or professional content samples (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Why Join Our Team?</p> <p>At Chick-fil-A, we're more than a restaurant-we're a place where people grow.
