Learn more about us at https://www.rentcip.com/careers - Full Job description below -</p> <p>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provides exceptional service to our residents by completing work orders in a timely and proficient manner </li><li>May be responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive and emergency maintenance, including snow removal </li><li>Engages in ground maintenance activities such as parking lot maintenance, exterior building maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, landscaping, removing/spraying weeds, and raking/disposing of lawn refuse </li><li>May engage in painting, carpentry, and flooring repair </li><li>Responsible for pool maintenance and cleaning which may include the use of a pressure washer with acid </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environment </li><li>Absorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, State Tenant Landlord Act, and the Federal and State Safety Regulations </li></ul> <p>What you need for success:</p> <ul> <li>Experience preferred in general maintenance </li><li>Punctual and regular attendance is an essential function of this role </li><li>Must have ability to be on call for emergency situations, including snow removal </li><li>Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart </li><li>Ability to use hand tools, power tools, power washer, snow blowers, trucks and/or tractors with snow blades, ladders, riding lawn mowers and lifts </li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals </li><li>Ability to interpret and retain a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and electronic form. </li><li>Current drivers license with minimal violations is required.
