Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Previous sterilization/hospital experience strongly preferred. </li><li>After 2 years combination of classroom education and job experience the Technician must obtain fluency in hospital terminology, basic knowledge of descriptive anatomy and physiology, a basic understanding of microbiology; the prevention and control of infection; and all facets of disinfection. </li></ul> <p>Other:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess excellent communication skills. </li></ul> <p>EEO/M/F/D/V</p>
