<p>The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring seasonal Pool Attendants to be responsible for the daily upkeep of the pool area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position requires a combination of cleaning, customer service, and basic cash handling skills, with a focus on ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.</p> <ul> <li>Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout the shift, including straightening furniture, wiping tables, sweeping, restocking towels, and emptying trash. </li><li>Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces. </li><li>Enforce all pool rules and safety procedures. </li><li>Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns. </li><li>Handle cash transactions and operate the pool desk micros and hotel PMS. </li><li>Sell sundries at the towel desk. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Previous cash handling and customer service experience. </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule. </li><li>Ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service. </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift. </li><li>Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings. </li><li>Ability to perform mental and visual tasks accurately. </li></ul>
