<p>Job Overview:</p> <p>We are currently seeking a skilled welder to join our team at. The focus is on MIG welding, but we are looking for someone with knowledge of TIG (Can train the right person for TIG). We offer competitive pay, with the potential for higher rates based on experience and quality of work.</p> <p>As part of the team, you will assist in the manufacturing process of bakery dough processing machines, utilizing various welding techniques, power tools, and machinery to fabricate and finish metal parts.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform Stainless Steel TIG welding and MIG welding. </li><li>Safely operate power tools and welding machinery. </li><li>Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong attention to detail. </li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. </li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs. as required by the role. </li><li>Collaborate effectively with management and coworkers. </li><li>Perform sheet metal work, including grinding, buffing, and finishing metal surfaces. </li><li>Prepare, clean, and maintain machinery and metal parts. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Associate's degree in welding technology or related field, or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of professional welding experience. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Work in a shop environment. </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods. </li><li>Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Required Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Safety shoes </li><li>Safety glasses </li><li>Welding gloves </li><li>Welding tools </li></ul>
