<p>Position summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides significant direction and reviews material before it is sent out to customers and manufacturers. Also responsible for miscellaneous and project quotations under supervision.</p> <p>Position responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Building relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people </li><li>Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data </li><li>Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project </li><li>Attend product training sessions when available </li><li>Maintain knowledge of currently represented products </li><li>Input daily report information inclusive of quotations, order entry and order tracking as needed into SESCO Prime </li><li>Perform material take-offs </li><li>Submittal creation </li><li>Produce add order and miscellaneous quotations as needed </li><li>Negotiate job buy-out </li><li>Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project close out </li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Prior lighting project management with construction industry knowledge to include experience reading project documents, including drawings, schedules, and submittals </li><li>Ability to work on strict timeline and meet deadlines </li><li>Possesses customer service experience </li><li>A team-first attitude </li><li>Must have excellent math skills </li><li>At least four years of Excel experience </li><li>Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook </li></ul>
