Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Grounds Crew must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.</p> <p>This role pays an hourly rate of $16.35.</p> <p>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.</p> <p>This position will remain open until August 8, 2025.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in mowing , trimming, and weeding 80 acres of property </li><li>Maintain all mulch and flower beds </li><li>Perform basic maintenance to landscaping equipment </li><li>Mixing of paint and operation of painters </li><li>Painting of a regulation NCAA football field (including gridiron, numbers, hashes, logos) </li><li>Setting and moving of string lines and stencils </li><li>Assisting in the deployment of rain covers when needed </li><li>Putting out pylons, sideline covers, goal post pads, and field goals nets </li><li>Replacing of divots before and after pregame warm-ups </li><li>Raising and lowering of field goal nets during game </li><li>Removal of pylons, sideline covers, goal post pads, and field goal nets </li><li>Fixing of any major divots </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays </li><li>Ability to work in all types of weather </li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment </li><li>Ability to work safely and complete tasks in a timely manner </li><li>Previous experience preferred, but not required </li></ul> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
