They will manage the audio-visual design team and assess new and innovative technologies for use in academic learning spaces.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Considerable knowledge of the technical installation of digital audio visual systems. </li><li>Considerable knowledge in the design, configuration, and support of media systems and technology equipment to include digitally, computer-based audio and video systems, with output from various sources. </li><li>Working knowledge of interface of digital media equipment with computer technology. </li><li>Working knowledge of desktop operating systems, networking concepts, and office applications. </li><li>Working knowledge of control system programming. </li><li>Working knowledge to troubleshoot complex audio, video, and control systems problems. </li><li>Effective communications skills. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to understand customers' needs effectively and communicate options for problem resolution to customers. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and University community.
