<p>Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Women's Volleyball Coach, this coach will be responsible for assisting in all facets of the NCAA D-III Women's Volleyball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach contributes to success in the following areas: recruiting qualified student-athletes, ensuring a positive student-athlete experience, day-to-day operations, and successful and positive coaching of the volleyball student-athletes. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, teaching, and/or administration. It is also expected that the Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach will embrace the department mission of fostering learning and developing community with a focus on the values of citizenship, competition, resiliency, sportsmanship, and teamwork within Kenyon's unique campus culture. Successful candidates will be able to show a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their support for students from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, religious, and national backgrounds.</p>
