<ul> <li>This role is not eligible for sponsorship* </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and document requirements for lending products (Encompass experience preferred), collaborating with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements. </li><li>Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development. </li><li>Design and configure system enhancements to support lending operations, including loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and compliance. </li><li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for lending systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents. </li><li>Conduct root-cause analysist on system issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence. </li><li>Ensure systems are operating efficiently, meeting performance standards, and complying with regulatory requirements. </li><li>Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving lending systems, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party solutions. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, compliance, and risk management, to ensure successful project delivery. </li><li>Create test plans and assist with conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for a successful deployment of new features or system changes. </li><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of lending data within the systems, providing data analysis and reporting support as needed. </li><li>Develop reports and dashboards that provide insight into loan portfolios, performance metrics, and system usage. </li><li>Ensure lending systems are compliant with industry regulations and internal security policies. </li><li>Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. </li><li>Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Bachelor's in computer science or business administration preferred </li><li>2-4 years' experience in IT required, with knowledge of lending processes and/or solutions. </li><li>Experience with these languages C#, HTML, JSON and JavaScript is preferred. </li><li>Experience with Encompass and Fiserv is preferred. </li></ul> <p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION</p> <p>Minimal travel is expected.</p> <p>Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. Position has an on-call schedule arrangement.</p> <p>This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.</p> <p>Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Miramar, FL; 2 days remote, unless residence is outside 50-mile radius from office locations.</p>
