If so, keep reading.</p> <p>We're looking for a Specialist, Marketing Strategy & Operations who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution. In this role, you'll be a critical player in bringing our integrated marketing campaigns to life-making sure everything runs smoothly from kickoff to in-market activation. You'll manage cross-functional timelines, refine customer journeys, audit campaign performance, and ensure that our brand voice shines through across every touchpoint.</p> <p>This role is tailor-made for a marketer who's part strategist, part operator, and 100% detail-obsessed.</p> <p>What You'll Be Up To:</p> <p>Bring Campaigns to Life: Execute go-to-market plans in partnership with Creative, Digital, Field Marketing, and Franchise teams. You'll own the timelines, deliverables, and checkpoints that get campaigns out the door on time and on-brand.</p> <p>Refine the Customer Experience: Review end-to-end user flows to ensure frictionless, brand-aligned interactions across digital and in-store journeys.</p> <p>Own the Operational Backbone: Collaborate with Marketing Stakeholders and Finance assist in tracking campaign budgets, reconciling invoices, and managing monthly spend reports. Coordinate with vendors to deliver campaign assets and collateral.</p> <p>Report on Results: Work with analytics teams to gather and interpret campaign data-from coupon redemptions to car counts. You'll surface trends and recommend process improvements that enhance speed-to-market and impact.</p> <p>Maintain Brand Integrity: Keep marketing documentation current with store-level changes, promotions, service offerings, and more. You'll support internal audits to ensure brand consistency & messaging across all franchise and corporate locations. You will also help shape the voice of our campaigns-while keeping legal and promotional guardrails in place.</p> <p>Audit and Optimize: Conduct monthly QA checks across campaigns to confirm assets are deployed correctly, messaging is on point, and every touchpoint is working as intended. You'll flag discrepancies and suggest improvements to keep performance high.</p> <p>What You'll Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 3-5 years of experience in marketing execution, brand operations, or campaign management-preferably in a multi-location retail or service environment. </li><li>Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with precision and professionalism. </li><li>A solid understanding of omnichannel marketing, campaign lifecycles, and what it takes to maintain brand consistency at scale. </li><li>Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for messaging alignment and compliance. </li><li>Familiarity with campaign QA processes and a knack for spotting the small stuff before it becomes a big deal. </li><li>High organizational chops-you're comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines without breaking a sweat. </li><li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across teams and external partners. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and project management tools.
