<p>Description</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Project Manager plays a key role in driving project delivery and ensuring effective governance across the Consulting Services organization. This position supports PMO operations and provides strategic advice, guidance, monitoring, assurance, and education on program and project execution to consulting teams at all levels. Additionally, the Project Manager contributes to the development and maintenance of a reporting framework that emphasizes value-added insights and the early identification of risks and issues across all consulting engagements.</p> <p>SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Project Coordination & Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple client-facing healthcare cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. </li><li>Support the PMO through effective implementation of governance standards, processes, and supporting technologies. </li><li>Partner with Consulting Services colleagues to develop detailed project and program plans. </li><li>Track project progress and performance, identifying and reporting risks or issues related to timeline, budget, or deliverable quality. </li><li>Lead regular internal and external meetings, manage communications, and maintain a high level of professionalism and client service. </li><li>Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and documentation to support consistent delivery. </li></ul> <p>Client & Stakeholder Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, coordinating activities across engagements. </li><li>Ensure clear communication of project expectations and deliverables with all stakeholders. </li><li>Proactively identify and escalate issues related to client satisfaction, internal operations, or team performance. </li></ul> <p>Resource & Operational Management</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate internal resources in collaboration with Project Owners/Leads to ensure successful execution of consulting projects. </li><li>Confirm full execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) to support timely revenue recognition. </li><li>Deliver training and support for Consulting Services processes, responding to internal and external requests as needed. </li><li>Analyze, document, and improve operational processes within Consulting Services, promoting standardization and efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Financial Management & Reporting (Project Management Tool)</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate and timely updates in the project management system to support revenue forecasting, including scheduling, budgeting, and hours tracking. </li><li>Monitor project milestones and customer acceptance to ensure proper revenue recognition. </li><li>Collaborate with Finance to resolve any issues related to invoicing or revenue reporting. </li><li>Provide monthly backlog analysis and support project close-out procedures. </li><li>Contribute to reporting on key performance metrics, including bookings, delivered revenue, attach rate, utilization, and project volume. </li><li>Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing successful projects from inception to completion. </li><li>A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role. </li><li>Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and delivering projects within scope and quality standards. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. </li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification preferred. </li><li>Experience working with leadership teams and understanding the dynamics of evolving services organizations. </li><li>Experience with resource management and scheduling. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. </li><li>Experience with Certinia's Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is a plus. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Sound decision-making and good judgment under pressure. </li><li>Ability to perform in time-sensitive and high-pressure environments. </li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing setting. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse individuals to pursue advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications) to enhance expertise and maintain industry relevance. </li><li>Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on project management best practices, new tools, and emerging trends. </li><li>Opportunities for career progression may include leadership roles, such as Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Team Lead, Manager or Director of Project Management, depending on performance, organizational need and experience. </li><li>Continuous improvement is expected, with regular evaluations of project performance, feedback loops, and post-project assessments to ensure lessons learned are applied in future projects. </li></ul> <p>The base salary range for this role is $<strong>_100,000<strong>____</strong> to $___</strong>115,000<strong>__</strong>. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state.
