We are looking for a motivated and dependable leader with railroad experience who understands the importance of safety, precision, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our switching crew while ensuring full compliance with all safety procedures, customer guidelines, and company standards. You will play a key role in maintaining site excellence through effective leadership, hands-on support, and continuous improvement of processes and team performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to think critically, and a proactive approach to managing both people and rail operations.</p> <p>You must have prior railroad experience, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. This position requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to driving team success through accountability and clear communication.
