Conduct and document first article inspections and capability analysis to support our PPAP programs. Support in-process, start-up, and final inspections, as well as process capability studies, and gage R&R studies. Support quality improvement efforts, Internal Auditing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Participate in project kick-off teams improving quality aspects of product introduction, and have a fundamental understanding of quality systems, SPC, and control plans.
