<p>Avery Dennison is seeking an Account Manager for the IPS Products to join the Identification & Solutions Group organization. Reporting to the Sales Manager, IPS the successful candidate is responsible for sales efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience and delivering profitable sales growth goals. Developing our team is a top priority and there will be numerous opportunities to learn new skills and gain new experience.</p> <p>This position will manage sales for some of our largest IPS Clients.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through closing sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate, develop and implement new business through an agreed business plan which will meet both personal and business goals for expanding sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, policies and procedures to new and existing clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Prospecting and cold calling to establish new clients. .</p> </li><li> <p>Minimal travel may be required. Must be able to drive/fly, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Needs home office/office space availability.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.</p> </li><li> <p>A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years sales or related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with using and maintaining a CRM system.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of Google Suite programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong listening and communication skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this position is $71,175 - $94,900/ year.</p> <p>The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
