<p>TITLE: Registered Nurse Supervisor</p> <p>FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Full Time</p> <p>SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 11PM - 7AM</p> <p>WAGE RATE: $48 - 49 per hour, based on experience</p> <p>SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $1.50 per hour</p> <p>Radford Green at Sedgebrook has been designated one of the top 1.4% of nursing homes in the country and #6 in the State by U.S. News and World Report!</p> <p>2023 Gallup Best Place to Work Award!</p> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY:</p> <p>The RN Supervisor is responsible for the overall nursing care/service for Radford Green on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated.</p> <p>A generous benefits package for eligible employees which includes:</p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - benefits package beginning the 1st of the month following your hire date </li><li>401K with Company Match </li><li>Get DailyPay </li><li>Employee Meal Program </li><li>Free Meals </li><li>Short- & Long-term Disability Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays </li><li>Life/AD&D </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Tuition re-imbursement </li><li>Flexible Hours </li><li>Free In-house gym membership </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Supervises direct care of residents and nursing staff on his/her shift. </li><li>Makes multiple rounds, on all floors, during shift to assure proper care and the maintenance of a safe, clean resident environment. </li><li>Administers direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated. </li><li>Assists in infection control, safety and pharmacy rounds and audits. </li><li>Assists in following up on Pharmacy and Dietitian recommendations. </li><li>Assists in developing comprehensive care plans. </li><li>Facilitates admissions and discharges in both Admissions and Nursing department(s). </li><li>Assists with orientation of nursing personnel and coaching/discipline of staff, as necessary. </li><li>Conducts in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY:</p> <ul> <li>Current RN License from the State of IL </li><li>Six month of nursing experience in long term care setting preferred </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>Frequent standing, stooping, bending, stretching, squatting; must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday; must be able to lift, transfer, turn and position residents weighing up to 125 lbs. unassisted, or with the assistance of one for a resident weighing over 125 lbs. May be subjected to offensive odors and combative behavior. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.</p> <p>#Sponsor</p>
