<p>GulfShore Endoscopy Center: is looking to add a Medical Assistant Surgical who is a team player to our Outpatient GI Center! As a Medical Assistant Surgical at GulfShore Endoscopy Center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-trained physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and liver disease. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care by providing consultations and services in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment.</p> <p>We take pride in our friendly and supportive work environment, where continuity and trust are nurtured through stable and long-lasting relationships with our patients. While we work collaboratively as a group, each patient is assigned a dedicated gastroenterologist, ensuring personalized care and attention.</p> <p>Medical Assistant Surgical at GulfShore Endoscopy Center :</p> <p>The Medical Assistant Surgical is responsible for various clinical duties throughout the perioperative setting in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Policies and Procedures.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>The Surgical Clinical Assistant will assist with:</p> <p>Nurses and physicians in patient care as needed</p> <p>Pre-op and Post-op patient flow</p> <p>Operating Room procedures</p> <p>Instrument reprocessing</p> <p>Monitoring supply inventory levels</p> <p>Maintaining electronic patient medical records</p> <p>Light clerical duties as necessary</p> <p>Maintaining a clean and safe environment according to industry standards</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>High school graduate or equivalent</p> <p>Current CPR certification or will obtain upon hire</p> <p>One year experience in a medical environment preferred.</p>
