Under general supervision, the candidate will be responsible for painting our CNC machines.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>To be able to brush, roll, or spray protective coatings on machinery, structures and equipment throughout the Company. </li><li>Must be willing and able to perform other shop duties such as crating and assembly </li><li>Must be technically competent in all phases of surface preparation and application. </li><li>Must have the ability to design and execute from verbal instructions. </li><li>Maintaining a safe work environment </li><li>Directs and trains others as required </li><li>Must have a good working knowledge of surface preparation, various paints and solvents. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Uncompromising attitude toward safety, quality and productivity </li><li>Must be able to read and understand specifications and prints </li><li>Must possess good organizational skills </li><li>Must be a competent rigger </li><li>Above average hand dexterity is required </li><li>Must be able to install walls or partitions prior to painting </li><li>Knowledge of all quality procedures necessary to produce various items. </li><li>Ability and knowledge to meet all written specifications and prints to ensure compliance with all standards. </li><li>Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, lift 75 lbs, lift continuous weight, and stand/walk on concrete floors. </li></ul> <p>Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
