<p>We are seeking a dynamic Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with an established, high-value client base alongside a seasoned advisor, with the potential to assume primary responsibility for these relationships in the coming years. The ideal candidate will retain and maintain retirement plan client relationships, as well as create new retirement plan investment advisory relationships, enhancing the financial performance of the department and being actively engaged in achieving established goals.</p> <p>How You Will Make an Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the client relationship for 40 - 80 clients, including: </li><li>Schedule and hold review meetings with the Retirement Committee members </li><li>Proactively and timely prepare internal reports, spreadsheets, and analysis on client service needs to reveal opportunities for advice </li><li>Coordinate with the Client Service Associate to prepare the review materials </li><li>Complete follow-up items and documentation post review meeting </li><li>Proactively complete special projects and requests as needed </li><li>Generate reports with detail and precision across key data points, including industry statistics, client-specific usage and success metrics, and other areas </li><li>Provide consultation and advice to clients and retirement committees across numerous retirement plan-related topics, including: </li><li>Fiduciary governance and oversight </li><li>Investment due diligence </li><li>Plan design and strategy </li><li>Vendor/Recordkeeper management </li><li>Employee education and engagement </li><li>Interact in a professional manner with third-party service providers including mutual funds companies and others building our strong, positive reputation in the industry. </li><li>Develop sales strategies consistent with overall goals and business objectives for the firm. </li><li>Track and maintain sales, identify cross-selling opportunities, and employ consultative sales process. </li><li>Participate in prospective client introductory and sales meetings (with Principals) to discuss and present role on the team and our holistic service model </li><li>Measure, track, and maintain accountability for specific goals, both individually and as a team </li></ul> <p>Your Desired Skills, Experiences & Values:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of financial services or employee benefits experience, including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments preferred </li><li>Industry designations, such as the AIF, CPFA, or NQPA, preferred </li><li>Exceptional customer service experience </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills </li><li>Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems </li><li>Ability to interact with people across all levels of the business </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Rehmann's retirement plan services are led and delivered by a team of dedicated retirement plan advisors and specialists who provide fiduciary investment advisory and third-party administrative services to more than 300 retirement plans.
