<p>As a Receiver, a typical day might include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Receiving, storing, dating and rotating all items that enter loading dock </li><li>Assisting in organization of all food and dry goods </li><li>Ensuring all sanitary and safety procedures for all storage areas are followed in accordance with OSHA and Health Department standards </li><li>Maintaining storage areas in organized, accessible, user friendly manner </li><li>Performing weekly "on hand inventories" and ensuring all necessary products are at proper levels to support business trends </li><li>Assisting with identifying and returning sub par, damaged or incorrect product to obtain associated credit </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1 year general maintenance experience is required </li><li>Must have general reading and math skills </li><li>Must be able to read and understand invoices accurately </li><li>You are passionate about the hospitality industry </li><li>You present a neat and professional appearance </li><li>You are able to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers </li><li>You are able to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands / Work Environment / Hours</p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
