Identify improvements to tools, procedures and processes. Make proposals to Lumentum Quality team </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical/Optical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. Experience with data analytics using various tools</p> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of problem resolution and quality improvement processes </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills </li><li>Experience in using MS-Office, Tableau, Jira and JMP </li><li>Functional knowledge of Jira Platform, Data visualization skills, understanding JQL and the ability to configure gadgets is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>Disclaimer:</p> <p>Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
