<p>Primary Job Functions</p> <p>Sales Leadership & Territory Management</p> <ul> <li>Drive Electronics category sales performance across assigned corporate retail territories </li><li>Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize Electronics penetration in brick-and-mortar stores </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop store teams to integrate Electronics selling into the customer journey </li><li>Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities </li><li>Establish and maintain sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the region </li></ul> <p>Training & Development</p> <ul> <li>Ensure consistent execution of Electronics selling techniques across all locations </li><li>Train store teams to naturally incorporate Electronics into customer conversations throughout the sales journey </li><li>Develop and implement best practices for Electronics product presentation </li><li>Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on coaching and support </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with Electronics program standard operating procedures (SOPs) </li><li>Maintain product accuracy and consistency across all regional locations </li><li>Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to optimize Electronics category performance </li><li>Partner with vendors to maximize training and sales opportunities </li></ul> <p>Strategic Planning</p> <ul> <li>Identify market-specific opportunities and challenges within assigned territories </li><li>Provide feedback and insights to leadership on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitive activities </li><li>Support new store openings and Electronics category expansions </li></ul> <p>Secondary Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Maintain reliable attendance. </li><li>Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education.
