<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>We're looking for a results-driven, action-oriented Product Marketing Manager to help drive go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for Workato's Embedded Platform. In this high-impact role, you'll be a key driver of growth-owning cross-functional GTM activities, helping to shape our narrative in the market, and enabling our teams to win.</p> <p>You will define and execute marketing initiatives that establish Workato as a category leader in embedded integration, working closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to influence roadmap and revenue. You'll bring a deep understanding of the buyer journey, translating technical capabilities into differentiated value propositions and full-funnel messaging.</p> <p>In this role, you will also be responsible to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings and speaks to real customer needs across industries and regions.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key initiatives-from planning through execution and performance measurement.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and scale sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, and competitive comparisons.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with product management to influence the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with demand gen and content teams to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through targeted campaigns.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product strategy and sharpen our value proposition.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop compelling content across formats (web, blogs, videos, case studies, etc.) to support the entire buyer journey.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a key contributor and voice in the market, representing the product in customer conversations, events, and webinars.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience creating successful content, including blogs, technical documentation, and thought leadership pieces.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and customer journey.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with cloud, microservices, integration, automation, low-code/no-code applications, and/or APIs preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies from the ground up.</p> </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent communicator who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders (product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment from concept to execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic thinker - Understands and can build a "big picture" vision while executing tactical initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Data obsessed - Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptable & self-starter - Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer-focused storyteller with the creativity and writing skills to communicate technical concepts authentically, building materials that resonate with customers and prospects.</p> </li></ul> <p>For Colorado applicants, the pay for this role begins at $125,000 plus variable, benefits, perks and equity.</p> <p>(REQ ID: 2019)</p>
