You'll be immersed in daily manufacturing operations, analyzing supply chain dynamics, optimizing processes, and learning what it takes to run a world-class production facility.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management. </li><li>Work directly on the manufacturing floor, observing and optimizing workflows in real time. </li><li>Identify and analyze operational challenges, contributing to process improvements. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and production management. </li><li>Utilize data analysis and problem-solving techniques to drive efficiency. </li><li>Model safety, teamwork, collaboration, and critical thinking in all aspects of the role. </li><li>Present key insights and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate business or engineering program (second or third year preferred). </li><li>MBA candidates between their first and second year with a focus on Supply Chain Operations are also encouraged to apply. </li><li>Strong interest in manufacturing, supply chain, and process optimization. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making. </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. </li><li>Available for an internship between May and August 2025 (dates flexible). </li></ul>
