<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Database Developer in Smithfield, RI.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and crafting robust high per-performance database solutions </li><li>Assessing and researching current implementations of the platform and determining the course of action required to elevate the platform to meet customer needs </li><li>Taking the business requirements coupled with existing architecture to set a technical vision for features and major components and clearly articulating the evolutionary steps to achieve it* Experience in PL/SQL programming including packages, procedures, function and triggers </li><li>Ability to optimize sophisticated queries and design efficient solutions </li><li>Experience working in enterprise environments with version control and deployment standards </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented mindset </li><li>Experience in ETL build and development </li><li>Experience with database such as Oracle (Primary), SQL server </li><li>Knowledge of Containerization and cloud deployment related to Database </li><li>Ability to build communication and rapport with partners, stakeholders </li><li>Ability to take initiative, define vision for improvement of products, and execute at high level of quality </li><li>Ability to plan and work with geographically spread-out teams </li><li>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills </li><li>Curiosity to constantly relearn/explore new processes/technologies </li></ul>
