As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our sales strategy-translating numbers into narratives and insights into action. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a real impact on how products move from concept to customer.</p> <p>You'll work closely with our Sales Director, Operations Director, and a network of independent sales reps to drive performance across key accounts. This position is hybrid based in Framingham, MA office, offering a flexible in-office work schedule.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>Sales Analysis & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage seasonal forecasts, custom analytics, and performance reports for the Sales Director and team. </li><li>Collaborate with sales reps to tailor assortments and boost in-store performance using NSAW tools. </li><li>Design reporting solutions that help retailers optimize sell-through and profitability. </li><li>Monitor account performance and deliver actionable insights to drive growth. </li><li>Track demo programs, samples, and retail marketing effectiveness-managing associated budgets with precision. </li><li>Use price-monitoring software to ensure compliance with MAP policies. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Marketing, Product, Planning, and Customer Service to align initiatives with account needs. </li><li>Support the creation of compelling brand and product presentations, including virtual sales decks. </li><li>Coordinate the shipment of samples and promotional materials to enhance account performance. </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement & Strategic Insights</p> <ul> <li>Identify growth opportunities by store or location and implement strategies to improve sell-through. </li><li>Anticipate risks and propose solutions to enhance sales effectiveness. </li><li>Contribute ideas to improve reporting, processes, and cross-functional collaboration. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <p>Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools and ERP systems (NetSuite and NSAW preferred). </li><li>Strong retail math and analytics skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable strategies. </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. </li><li>A proactive mindset-comfortable working independently and collaboratively. </li><li>Adaptability and reliability in meeting deadlines and navigating change. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Experience: 3+ years in a sales analyst or similar role. </li><li>Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with footwear, sports retail, and competitive market trends. </li><li>Experience in footwear, wholesale, or retail environments. </li></ul> <p>Perks and Benefits You'll Enjoy!</p> <ul> <li>Your Sole Well-Being: Our benefits package is crafted with our associates in mind!
