<p>Summary:</p> <p>Provides loan operations systems administration and operational support as needed to multiple lending functions in accordance with established systems and procedures. Required to gain a knowledge of all loan operations platform systems as well as core and the interdependencies associated with each procedurally. Perform necessary research for completion of projects. Assist with problem resolution as needed. Assists operations officer/loan servicing center manager.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Post payments, draws and principal reductions </li><li>Process loan payoffs and clear loan unposted transactions </li><li>Assist with trouble shooting loan concerns and answering questions from both internal and external customers </li><li>Resolve day-to-day operational issues </li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's core system </li><li>Assist in project initiatives by performing necessary research </li><li>Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required </li><li>2+ years of banking experience, working in loan processing or a loan area and knowledge of Jack Henry loan system a plus. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to provide a positive experience for customers and act in a professional manner </li><li>Ability to demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and confidentiality and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. </li><li>Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations as applicable to your job duties.
