Our team plays a critical role equipping the R&D organization to run efficient and modern lab and plant operations that keep pace with science, while fueling AI-enabled decision making with scientific data.</p> <p>As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you support the vertical's successful digital product portfolio's delivery by ensuring that we build a robust strategy and roadmap across the vertical's products, that we create and quantify value with our portfolio of products, and that we measure and continuously optimize our performance. Ready to get started?</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the vertical's strategy, portfolio and products roadmap in collaboration with Head of the vertical and Product Line Owners and Product Owners .</p> </li><li> <p>Financial management, collaborating with Finance and Procurement on all topics related to budget elaboration, strategic planning and business case reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Resources optimization, collaborating with Product Line Owners, People & Culture and procurement, to ensuring optimized staffing allocation to achieve product impact and support their roadmap</p> </li><li> <p>Performance monitoring, collaborating with Product Line Owners on all topics related to actuals KPI monitoring and post-implementation ROI reviews of our digital products, and be accountable for the quality of analytical deliveries and KPIs consolidation to global Digital scorecards, and communication to LT</p> </li><li> <p>Risk and dependency management, collaborating with Product Line Owners, to proactively manage the vertical's product portfolio for successful delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage deep understanding of agile transformation to raise the agile capability of the organization. Coach and mentor in agile practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and manage the vertical's team of scrum masters. This team is a mix of employees and contractors.</p> </li><li> <p>Constantly refining the vertical's operating model through iterative adjustments and constant monitoring of impact</p> </li></ul> <p>Support Vertical Head in:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Facilitating the Vertical's Guiding Coalition meeting, ensuring the content presented allows for strategic decision-making on the Product Portfolio's short-, mid- and long-term goals and vision</p> </li><li> <p>Building and steering Vertical's budget and staffing, driving Strategic Planning</p> </li><li> <p>Setting Vertical users up for success through communication on updates & features, sharing of success stories, monitoring of adoption</p> </li><li> <p>Owning Vertical's communication (to Sanofi ecosystem, Sanofi Leadership and Corporate Global Business Units and Markets)</p> </li><li> <p>Taking data-driven decisions, e.g. for portfolio management and resource allocation</p> </li><li> <p>Embodying Play to Win culture and behaviors (Stretch, Take Action, Act for patients and customers, Think Sanofi first)</p> </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <p>Strong experience in Strategy or Operations, preferably in digital R&D teams; Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in business or digital field is preferred.</p> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Detailed planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities and demonstrated ability to link those to strategy and vision</p> </li><li> <p>Strong networking, influencing and negotiating skills and superior problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong and confident storytelling and communication skills with the ability to convince and influence at all levels of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, business, and finance teams</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams to drive alignment and results</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous improvement mindset - Results oriented, and self-motivated</p> </li><li> <p>Positive team player who is service-oriented and flexible</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge on agile development and product lifecycle is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>English fluent.
