Lincoln Hwy, Coatesville, PA) and Chester County Learning Center (1635 E. Lincoln Hwy, Coatesville, PA)</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processes preferred </li><li>Previous experience in a school custodial position preferred </li><li>Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Clean and maintain building facilities </li><li>Utilizing and operating appropriate equipment, perform routine facilities maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal. </li><li>Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items </li><li>Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for special events </li><li>Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies </li><li>Operate buffer, floor-care machines, vacuums, drills, and other small power tools </li></ul> <p>2024-2025 Salary:</p> <p>$19.56 to $21.34 (Based upon experience)</p> <p>JG</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Chester County Intermediate Unit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
