<p>Marketing Coordinator, The Marlin Group</p> <p>Bonnier LLC | Florida (Remote)</p> <p>Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager</p> <p>Travel: Occasional international travel, including weekend events, is required.</p> <p>The Marlin Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help execute cohesive branding and marketing campaigns across all activities and touchpoints.</p> <p>The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will serve as a liaison between Marlin's advertising clients and internal teams, managing the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns and supporting event marketing initiatives. This role will develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, coordinate assets, analyze performance data, and contribute to the success of our global tournaments and luxury brand partners.</p> <p>The Ideal Candidate:</p> <ul> <li>Proactive self-starter who thrives in remote and fast-paced environments. </li><li>Solutions-oriented thinker, who anticipates challenges and adjusts quickly. </li><li>Collaborative team player who welcomes feedback and continuous improvement. </li><li>Resourceful, organized, and committed to delivering excellence to clients and internal stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Act as the day-to-day liaison between advertising clients and internal departments (sales, events, design, digital). </li><li>Process incoming digital sales contracts and managing campaign timelines and deliverables in CRM systems. </li><li>Collect, organize, and traffic campaign assets for digital, social, and event marketing initiatives. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely campaign launches, actively managing schedules and inventory. </li><li>Develop and implement engaging social media strategies and calendars to promote events and sponsor participation. </li><li>Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite; deliver mid- and post-campaign reports. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized asset library for digital and sponsorship materials. </li><li>Support on-site event marketing and coordination during international tournaments, assist with branding, content capture, and sponsor deliverables. </li><li>Collaborate on creative materials including banners, shirts, decks, and web graphics to elevate campaign and event experiences. </li><li>Respond to social media engagement and community feedback in a timely, brand-aligned manner. </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>Must reside in CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MN, NY, NC, OH or WI. </li><li>Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related field. </li><li>2-3 years of experience in digital campaign management, marketing coordination, or social media strategy. </li><li>Working knowledge of social and digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram). </li><li>Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ad Manager, and CRM tools. </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach. </li><li>Experience in event marketing and willingness to travel internationally a few times a year. </li><li>Familiarity or passion for boating and sportfishing is a strong plus. </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>The Marlin Group is the world's largest big-game fishing network reaching more than one million captains, anglers, mates and boat owners annually across a variety of touchpoints.
