A role as a Relationship Executive is for you.</p> <p>As a Relationship Executive within the Mid-Corporate Banking team, your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships; Bankers work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. As a Banker, you are responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target space. Mid-Corporate bankers generally focus on companies between $100 million and $2 billion in sales size.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset </li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships </li><li>Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies </li><li>Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and institutionalize relationships and calling </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships </li><li>Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services </li><li>Knowledge of the local market </li><li>Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources </li><li>Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor </li><li>Sales management and business development skills </li><li>FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred </li><li>Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills </li><li>Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities </li><li>Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships </li></ul>
