<p>Shift: 7am-3pm</p> <p>Days Off: Friday/Saturday</p> <p>$19.00/hour Get paid when you need it - daily, weekly or biweekly!</p> <p>Never have a dull, boring day at work again when you join the security department at Prairie Meadows. As a dispatch team member, you will work behind the scenes to keep Iowa's No. 1 entertainment destination running smoothly.</p> <p>Here's what you'll be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Answering all calls including employee communications, emergencies, service requests, and public inquires. </li><li>Manage employee entrances and communicate with outside vendors upon arrival. </li><li>Operating a variety of communication equipment including computer dispatch systems, radio consoles, telephones, and computer programs. </li><li>Obtaining important information and dispatching and/or notifying appropriate staff members. </li><li>Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. </li></ul> <p>Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years' of full-time work experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to write routine reports and provide clear written copy at a minimum of 35 words per minute. Data entry and/or computer experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. is required.</p>
