As we look to the future, Borden is entering an exciting phase - reintroducing Elsie to a new generation and reaffirming our commitment to quality, tradition, and community.</p> <p>Join Elsie's Herd today!</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with the pasteurizer/processor to ensure timely product delivery to fillers.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate blending, product transfer, separation, and select pasteurization equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and document chemical concentrations to ensure proper sanitation.</p> </li><li> <p>Clean and sanitize silo tanks, vats, lines, and fillers.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare blends and mixes accurately per batch sheets and formulas.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Efficiency and downtime logs</p> </li><li> <p>SQF, HACCP, and allergen tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Sanitation records and batch sheets</p> </li><li> <p>Stage and prepare ingredients for blending.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the laboratory to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect and deliver product samples to the lab as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with milk receivers to manage raw milk inventory rotation.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. </li><li>Ability to read and follow chemical labels and food-grade safety procedures. </li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data.
